Refund policy

    At Noorika, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care to deliver quality products, but in rare cases where you face issues, our policy is as follows:

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns – only exchanges are allowed.

  • You can request an exchange if:

    • The product is damaged or defective.

    • If the product is not matching colour or print in the picture on our website.

    • In the above 2 cases, we will arrange a pickup from your address and ship you a new/replacement product once the returned item is received and verified.

     

    • Exchange is only accepted on size issue, if the customer is paying for the return and delivery charges ,cause we have provided the size chart at the time of ordering and we provide 2 stiches in our kurti, so if the actuall size does not fit, the customer can adjust it. Even after this, if the customer wants a new size, they will have to pay for the shipping charges.

     

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided except in the following cases:

  • If the customer cancels the order before it has been shipped.

  • If the shipping company loses the parcel in transit.

  • In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 1 week of order cancellation or item lost.
